This was a hot water tank replacement; however, the piping above the water heater needed to be cleaned up, so we planned and installed the new copper piping to ensure maintainability and efficiency of the system moving forward. We also installed a new thermal expansion tank, instead of the old expansion valve, which is prone to leaking - reducing the risk of future floods for our customer.
