This customer had many companies attempt to fix a cooling issue with this mini split heat pump. We evacuated all of the refrigerant from the system, pressure tested the system with nitrogen and found a leak behind one of the head units. After repairing the leak we recharged the system, serviced the head units and outdoor condenser; this customer now has reliable heating and cooling.
